What types of pet care services do you offer?

D Z Petcare offers a variety of services tailored to your pet’s needs, including dog walking, pet sitting, overnight care, and transportation to and from homes within Quincy, Dorchester, and South Boston. We ensure each pet gets individual attention, whether it's a quick potty break, an energetic walk, or a cozy overnight stay.

How are your pet sitting services structured?

For pet sitting in our home, we provide a minimum of four walks ranging from 10 to 30 minutes, along with playtime, socialization, and regular updates including photos and videos. For pet sitting at your home, we make at least three total check-ins per day to ensure your pet is well cared for in their own environment.

Can you accommodate special requests for my pet’s care?

Absolutely! We understand that every pet is unique. If your pet has specific needs or if you want us to follow certain routines, commands, or dietary restrictions, just let us know. We're committed to customizing our care to suit your pet's individual requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, there is a fee of $20 for walks and $50 for pet sitting services. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures we can continue providing dedicated care to all our furry clients.

Do you offer a discount for multiple pets from the same household?

Yes, we provide special rates for households with multiple pets. Please contact us for more details on pricing, as we strive to offer options that accommodate your specific needs while ensuring each pet gets the care and attention they deserve.

How do payments work?

Payments are accepted via Cash and Venmo, ensuring a quick and convenient process. Payment must be made within 5 hours of service completion. A late fee is applied for any overdue payments to ensure smooth operations.
